ADWM006 is a 26 × 26 × 4 mm stamped-metal onboard antenna covering 2.4 GHz ISM band for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and ZigBee applications. It delivers ≈ 0.22 dBi gain and ≈ 55 % efficiency with VSWR < 2.0. The rugged metal radiator and SMD mounting make it ideal for IoT controllers, routers and smart devices. Supported by ABOOSTY R&D, OTA labs and OEM/ODM manufacturing.

Rugged metal design for thermal and mechanical stability

The ABOOSTY ADWM006 is a high-efficiency 2.4 GHz stamped-metal onboard antenna engineered for wireless modules and consumer IoT equipment. Its 26 × 26 × 4 mm metal structure mounts directly on the PCB and is optimized for 2.4 – 2.5 GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and ZigBee bands. With a peak gain of 0.22 dBi, VSWR below 2.0 and ≈ 55 % efficiency (on a 50 × 50 mm reference board), it offers reliable RF performance for routers, IoT gateways and industrial controllers. Its metallic design improves thermal stability and mechanical durability compared to ceramic types. ABOOSTY provides OEM/ODM tuning, connector adaptation and certification support for mass production.

ABOOSTY supports OEM/ODM customization, layout review, enclosure detuning correction, OTA (TRP/TIS) testing, and RF validation to accelerate certification and mass production.
