AIGC059 Active GNSS L1/G1/E1 Multi-Constellation Ceramic Patch Antenna, 1559–1605 MHz, 75 × 75 × 9.2 mm, SMA Female & RG316
Product Overview
AIGC059 is a circularly polarized active GNSS L1 embedded ceramic patch antenna module built on a 75 × 75 × 9.2 mm ground-plane with integrated LNA and SMA female via RG316 coax. Covering 1550–1620 MHz with RHCP, up to 4.16 dBi passive gain and ≈68.6% efficiency, it supports multi-constellation GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, IRNSS and SBAS services, making it suitable for surveying, precision agriculture, marine, asset tracking and industrial M2M GNSS receivers.
AIGC059 is a circularly polarized active GNSS L1/G1/E1 Multi-Constellation ceramic patch antenna module optimized for professional positioning, navigation and timing systems. The antenna operates over 1550–1620 MHz with a 50 MHz bandwidth, covering the full GNSS L1 band used by GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, IRNSS and SBAS constellations. This allows receivers to use more satellites and constellations for improved availability, faster TTFF and higher accuracy in challenging environments.
The RF front-end consists of a 35 × 35 × 4 mm embedded ceramic patch on a 75 × 75 mm ground plane, providing up to 4.16 dBi passive gain and ≈68.6 % efficiency, with RHCP and axial ratio < 3 dB. An integrated low-noise amplifier delivers ≈33–35 dB gain across B1/E1/L1/G1 bands at 3.3 V supply, with typical current consumption of 8 mA, enabling long cable runs and stable C/N₀ even where the antenna is installed away from the GNSS receiver.
Mechanically, the module measures 75 × 75 × 9.2 mm and is supplied with RG316 coaxial cable and SMA female connector, which simplifies integration into survey receivers, timing units, vehicle-roof antennas and industrial terminals. The design has been qualified for −40 °C to +75 °C operation, high humidity and random vibration on all axes, making it suitable for outdoor deployment in precision agriculture, marine navigation, mining and oil & gas projects. OEM/ODM customers can request customized cable lengths, connector types, mounting patterns, branding and project-specific RF optimization while re-using the same validated RF core.
