AEWW015 is a compact 2.4 GHz WiFi / WLAN omni external mini antenna for industrial IoT gateways, controllers and IP cameras. The Ø18 × 30 mm screw-mount panel housing with sealing O-ring and 500 mm RF 0.81 mm cable + IPEX 3 connector enables quick installation on metal or plastic enclosures, delivering stable 2.4G WiFi, Bluetooth and ISM links in factories, warehouses, building automation cabinets and outdoor field devices.

2.4 GHz WiFi / WLAN band – 2400–2500 MHz for IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and 2.4G ISM applications.
Omni-directional coverage – 360° pattern for access points, industrial routers and IoT sensor nodes in multipath environments.
Mini screw-mount panel design – Ø18 × 30 mm head, M12 bulkhead thread and O-ring for secure indoor/outdoor installation.
Integrated cable assembly – 500 mm RF 0.81 mm coax with IPEX 3 (U.FL-compatible) connector for direct connection to WiFi / combo modules.
Industrial-grade operation – −40°C to +85°C for factory floors, logistics centers, buildings and outdoor control cabinets.
Lightweight & robust – Very low mass reduces stress on thin metal panels and compact plastic housings.
OEM / ODM ready – Cable length, connector type, label and packaging can be customized for different regional markets and product platforms.

 

AEWW015 is a 2.4 GHz WiFi / WLAN omni external mini antenna designed for industrial, commercial and outdoor IoT devices that cannot rely on small internal PCB antennas. The screw-mount bulkhead design with sealing O-ring allows fast installation on control cabinets, junction boxes, outdoor camera housings and plastic enclosures, providing a robust RF interface between the radio module and the outside environment.

Operating across 2400–2500 MHz, the antenna supports WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and 2.4G ISM services widely used in factories, warehouses, office buildings, retail stores and agricultural sites. Its omni-directional pattern and up to 2 dBi peak gain help maintain stable throughput in indoor multipath conditions and outdoor line-of-sight links. The integrated 500 mm RF 0.81 mm coaxial cable with IPEX 3 connector reduces assembly time and provides a convenient connection to embedded WiFi or combo modules.

The compact Ø18 × 30 mm housing and low mass make AEWW015 suitable for thin metal panels and compact plastic boxes, while the wide −40°C to +85°C operating range supports deployment in cold rooms, hot production lines and outdoor exposed locations. For OEM projects targeting US, EU, UK, APAC and Australian markets, ABOOSTY can customize cable length, connector type and labeling, and provide RF / OTA test reports (VSWR, gain, efficiency, radiation patterns) from its anechoic chambers to speed up FCC / CE / UKCA approvals and time-to-market.
