AEHN001 is a compact 50 W RF power amplifier optimized for UAV telemetry and Wi-Fi applications. It provides wideband 4.8–5.85 GHz coverage, low distortion, and rugged reliability. Supports OEM/ODM customization with in-house RF compliance testing, OTA validation, and full manufacturing capability.

The AEHN001 is a high-performance RF power amplifier delivering 50 W (47 dBm P1dB) across the 5 GHz ISM band (4.8–5.85 GHz). Designed for UAV telemetry, Wi-Fi routers, wireless video transmission, and portable communication systems, it combines a PA+LNA integrated architecture with compact, lightweight housing suitable for UAV payloads. With ±1.5 dB gain flatness, low EVM distortion, and +28 V supply interface, it ensures stable output across OFDM and QAM waveforms. Each amplifier undergoes RF testing (VSWR, gain, ACPR, spectral mask) and OTA validation. OEM/ODM customization includes connectors, gain levels, mechanical housing, and heat dissipation design.
