Aboosty typically has confidentiality agreements in place to protect clients’ proprietary information. Also, choosing a reputable manufacturer with a record of maintaining confidentiality is essential. It’s also advisable to discuss confidentiality measures with the manufacturer before starting the project.
2. What types of antennas can be customized through OEM/ODM services?
Aboosty offers various types of antenna customization, including but not limited to PCB antennas, embedded antennas, external antennas, directional antennas, omnidirectional antennas, and sector antennas. The specific type of antenna customization will depend on the client’s requirements and application.
3. What factors affect the cost of antenna OEM/ODM services?
Several factors can influence the cost of antenna OEM/ODM services, including design complexity, materials used, production volume, testing and certification requirements, and any additional customization or special features requested by the client. It’s essential to discuss these factors with your PM to get an accurate cost estimate.
4. Can the customization only be based on the provided standard products? Are there other solution options?
For light customizations, we do not recommend customization based on other schemes. Based on our existing products, we have accumulated rich design experience and manufacturing experience, which can deliver the products customers want more quickly and at lower cost, and enhance the user experience. 5. How long does it take to receive a reply after submitting requirements?
We will contact the customer within 24 hours by email to clarify any customer requirements and provide guidance on the next steps of cooperation.
6. How long does it take to receive the first version of the sample?
We understand that the first version of the sample is very important to the customer. We provide the first sample as soon as possible to help the customer start internal validation. Based on our standard product’s customized design, we deliver the first version of the sample in about 3-4 weeks, ensuring that the sample is functional. While the customer receives the sample for verification, we will continue to perform other testing and validation.
7. Who will be in charge of communication with the customer during the development phase at Aboosty? What is the communication method? How to get timely support?
After the project is kicked off, the project manager will be responsible for communicating with the customer. The customer can contact our project manager by email for any requests. For complicated cases, we can communicate with the customer via phone or video at any time. Depending on the customer’s needs, we can arrange weekly/bi-weekly phone/video meetings to maintain regular communication with the customer and synchronize project progress.
8. What if there are changes in customer requirements after receiving the first version of the sample for verification?
We understand that there may be changes in customer requirements during the product verification process. As long as the general functions have not undergone major changes, we support modifying the design and re-sampling for verification. However, if there is a fundamental change in the product definition, we recommend starting a new customization case, which means re-quoting and evaluating the delivery time.
9. After the customization is completed and the first batch is delivered, how can customers place repeat orders?
Customers can contact our project manager by email to request repeat orders. Our sales staff will continue to follow up on the order processing.
10. What testing process is included in the product development phase? How do you ensure design quality?
During product development, we conduct electrical performance testing, functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing for each batch of sample build to ensure the quality of the design. We also provide customers with open test plans and test reports for review based on their needs.
